Payment schedule is 30 days, net (within 30 days of your receipt of the books). Books are shipped cheapest way, FOB San Francisco (bookstore pays shipping cost -- no handling charge). For orders of 5 or more copies, please send us your purchase order via regular mail, phone or fax (see top of page) -- rather than using our shopping cart -- and we'll bill you on a 30-day schedule.

Returns Policy: Bookstores may return unsold copies at any time, and libraries may return books they find unsatisfactory within ten days of their receipt, for a full refund -- provided that the books are returned in resaleable condition. For books we receive back in non-resaleable condition, we provide a 50% refund. Books prepared for return shipment should be enclosed in plastic bags (or their original shrink wrapping), cushioned and immobilized using adequate dunnage (not styrofoam chips), and enclosed in a sturdy, tightly sealed carton.
